Long-story short, one simple nutritional trick is all it takes to regulate most of your hormones, and then an exercise program that addresses stress relief to regulate the rest. Phase I: Build your body, inside-out.

Phase II: Advance intensity.
Typically, it takes a few workouts to educate your body with new movements, or muscles you have previously missed along the way. This is when we’ll begin training all three energy systems in your body and exponentially increase the speed of fat loss.

Primed, set, and ready to shred. Your body is now setup for success, and it’s probably only about 2-3 weeks. You’ll notice your posture has improved, exercises that were once difficult feel easy, and your speed has naturally increased with each movement.
